Tag Creator AI is a web-based platform that provides AI-powered tools for YouTube content creators, including but not limited to: tag generation, title optimization, keyword research, description writing, script generation, and channel analytics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Tag Creator AI, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account and Authentication

You sign in using your Google account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Tag Creator AI is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. YouTube Data Access

When you grant Tag Creator AI access to your YouTube account, you authorize us to:

• Read your channel and video data (title, description, tags, views, analytics)
• Use this data to provide AI-powered recommendations and analysis

We will never modify, delete, publish, or take any write actions on your YouTube channel without explicit action from you. You may revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.

6. Free Plan Limits

The free plan includes up to 15 AI generations per feature per day. These limits may change at any time. Exceeding the daily limit will result in a temporary restriction until the next reset period (midnight UTC).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation endpoints
• Use automated scripts or bots to bypass usage limits
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service while using our tools
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. AI-Generated Content

All AI-generated content (tags, titles, descriptions, scripts, etc.) is provided for informational and creative purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated by the Service.

Tag Creator AI does not guarantee the accuracy, SEO performance, or effectiveness of any AI-generated output.

9. Intellectual Property

The Tag Creator AI platform, its code, design, and branding are our intellectual property. AI-generated content that you create using the Service belongs to you.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs to deliver the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI outputs, or specific results from using the tools.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tag Creator AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or channel performance.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
