YouTube Data: With your explicit permission, we access your YouTube channel data including video titles, descriptions, tags, view counts, and analytics via the YouTube Data API v3. This data is used solely to provide the features of Tag Creator AI.

Usage Data: We collect information on how you use the app — which tools you use, how often, and general usage patterns — to improve our service.

AI Generation History: Your AI-generated results (tags, titles, descriptions, etc.) may be stored temporarily to provide the history feature within the app.

3. Read-Only Access

Tag Creator AI only requests read-only access to your YouTube account. We will never edit, delete, or modify your videos, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, or comments automatically or without your explicit action.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session

• AI Providers: Your input text (video titles, topics) is sent to AI providers (Google Gemini, Groq, etc.) to generate results. These providers have their own privacy policies.
• Database: We use Supabase to store user account information and usage quotas securely.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. AI generation history is stored for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure OAuth tokens, and database row-level security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Google API Services

Tag Creator AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may revoke YouTube access at any time from your Google Account Permissions page.
